What's New for 2015
The 2015 Lexus RC 350 is an all-new model.

Introduction
Like the Lexus IS 350 sedan, but wish it had two fewer doors? Your wait is almost over, as the 2015 Lexus RC 350 -- essentially an IS coupe -- debuts in November and should arrive at dealers in late 2014.
Rivals offer coupe versions of their popular sedans, so Lexus bringing a fastback-style model to its entry-level lineup seems like a no-brainer. The RC 350 won't be particularly blessed with rear headroom, but it will offer the same 306-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 used in the current IS and GS sedan lines.
A turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder will follow the initial launch, as will a high-performance version -- likely called the RC-F -- powered by a V8. With 460 hp on tap, the RC-F should match up well against BMW's new M4 (a coupe based on the M3 sedan).
Lexus reportedly considered simply expanding the IS lineup with the new coupe. But new naming strategies adopted by BMW and Audi may have influenced Lexus to spin off the RC as a separate line. It also gives the company a way to quietly discontinue the slow-selling two-door IS hardtop convertible model.
